IMRA Practitioner (IMRA-P)
Emergency Medical and Rescue Practitioners are the most critical people in the Pre-Hospital setting, the outcome of the patient is totally dependant on their performance, these practitioners are working under extreme pressure in very difficult circumstances.
Medical and Rescue Practitioners are expected to work in every extreme of weather conditions, in the most unbelievable locations, often with unwanted external interference and pressure, they have to be able to instantly recognise and adapt their training to any and all of these situations in the sole interest of best medical and rescue practice for the patient and their own safety.
Emergency Medical and Rescue Practitioners cannot be expected to achieve the above without being trained to a very high standard, this entails continuous education in their respective areas of expertise and adding-on approved advanced modules, to further enhance their ability to perform their respective duties.
A registered IMRA member may extend an invitation into Practitioner status membership, this invitation is available to all Medical and Rescue Practitioners, who have successfully achieved recognised certification from their National / International / State / Regional Medical and/or Rescue training institutions. These practitioners have invested time, effort, and money to be the best in their area of expertise, IMRA Practitioner membership offers this recognition to qualified Emergency Medical and Rescue practitioners throughout the world.
